Saudis arrest vulture as Israeli spy

Authorities in Saudi Arabia have uncovered an Israeli plot to use wildlife as spies and have detained for questioning a griffon vulture who was working for Mossad. Israel intelligence officers posing as Environmental Studies professors at Tel Aviv University have cooked up an implausible cover story for the special op, claiming that the bird was merely tagged by them as part of a study of migratory patterns. The truth of the conspiracy was uncovered when local residents in the desert city of Hyaal discovered that the bird was carrying a GPS transmitter and notified the authorities. A spokesman for the Zionist entity has asked the Saudis to show mercy to the vulture, which is considered an endangered species, and has used the opportunity to gratuitously attack the Saudi justice system as indiscriminate and excessively violent.

This is the second time in recent months that Arab authorities have uncovered Mossad plots to use animals as military assets. In December, Mohamed Abdul Fadil Shousha, the governor of Egypt's South Sinai province, revealed that the Israeli intelligence agency had trained sharks to devour German tourists and had "thrown" them into the Red Sea. He went on to reassure tourists that swimming at South Sinai resorts was safe now that investigators were on the trail of the conspirators behind the attacks.

I see that you're raving/writing from Istanbul. Is this the image of your nation and your beliefs that you sincerely wish to present? It's one thing to trash talk on a playground, but it's another to praise genocide on a website that can be read by anyone in the world. If you'd like to submit a retraction to your comment, I'll post it.

If this is symptomatic for Saudi thinking, you don’t have to wonder why no Nobel Prize has ever been awarded to a Saudi (while 9 Nobel Prizes have gone to Israel). But it rather adds to my worries about what will happen with Saudi Arabia once the oil reserves will have been depleted:
