LIMBAUGH: Scott Brown had a lot of success with independents, and that's -- that's what Jewish liberals like to call themselves when they're asked. They call themselves independents before they'll refer to themselves as -- as liberals. So if Jewish people who voted 78 percent for Obama -- which is far higher than any other group except African-Americans -- if Jewish people gave Obama 78 percent of their vote, what if they're experiencing buyer's remorse like all these people in Massachusetts did? Do you realize how important this could be? I don't think there's buyer's remorse yet in the black community -- that's still pretty strong.

LIMBAUGH: To some people, "banker" is code word for Jewish; and guess who Obama is assaulting? He's assaulting bankers. He's assaulting money people. And a lot of those people on Wall Street are Jewish. So I wonder if there's -- if there's starting to be some buyer's remorse there?
By "some people", Limbaugh apparently means himself.
UPDATE: A friend asked me to translate this from Limbaugh to English. He's saying that Jews a) conceal their liberalism by calling themselves independents and b) are bankers. The first of those gems he pulled out of his butt and the second is a classic anti-Semitic stereotype.

Limbaugh isn't even making any sense! (So what else is new?)
Colbert is funnier, but it's nice to have Limbaugh to listen to on the radio on the drive to work. This guy's a sheer genius; the people he gets to call in and leads on on air...amazing.
eh? Limbaugh is wrong about almost everything, to be clear.
But Limbaugh's right about the first thing, way too many liberals do call themselves independents, and it's clear Jews are strong Democratic party supporters (just look at polls). But the right wing media has shamed people into thinking being liberal is a bad thing. Funny how people like you have turned any statement about Jews into a libel or attack.
You see a lot of the same thing from the right wing/zionist wing of the Democratic party about Obama's settlement policy. Somehow calling for the Zionists to end illegal construction is anti-jewish. On that count, Limbaugh is just propping up his demonization of Obama with similar logical fallacies. But he's not saying anything negative about Jews (at least not negative in his mind, he's got no argument with the Bankers who got us in this mess).
If anything is disagreeable, it's Limbaugh's staunch defense for the banks which got us in this mess. They deserve any taxes Obama puts there way, but apologists like Limbaugh say that's unfair.
Bruce:
There are several reasons that Americans choose to be unaffiliated with a major party. Being Jewish is not one of those reasons. Limbaugh's statement was idiotic. Your defense of Limbaugh's statement is hard to follow, so suffice it to say that neither Limbaugh nor his defenders have offered any evidence that Jewish voters are more likely to identify themselves as independents. That's what he claimed, that's what you defend, and that's what has yet to be demonstrated by any evidence.
As truthy as you consider Limbaugh's statement, that doesn't make it true.
