Jews are to blame both for commemorating the Armenian genocide and for opposing its commemoration.

By the way, I have no idea what Malcolm Hoenlein said, but it is readily apparent to me from a cursory reading of news reports that there are Jews on both sides of this issue. Why does "garen" focus exclusively on the side he or she disagrees with?

By the way, what on earth does "garen" mean by "I pity the memory of (the Holocaust's) victims"? Why resort to such confused and hostile rhetoric? "garen" only needs to say that Jews, having been subjects of a genocide, should honor that memory by remembering other genocides as well. How ridiculous to descend to the level of "if they dishonor our dead, I'll dishonor theirs". That kind of tit for tat is meaningless, designed only to give offense.Adam Hollandhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06245468599571473818noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4718120950252476804.post-32084610058211547002007-10-25T11:18:00.000-04:002007-10-25T11:18:00.000-04:00As Malcolm Hoenlein confirms, major U.S. Jewish or...As Malcolm Hoenlein confirms, major U.S. Jewish organizations continue to abet Turkey's massive genocide denial campaign by working behind the scenes against another people's quest for justice.

I personally find this despicable.

If this is the legacy that's left of the Holocaust, I pity the memory of its victims.Kick Out Steve Cohenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17721976489684505084noreply@blogger.com
